Ok, I'm feeling like a total idiot right about now. Usually I'm pretty savvy with computers, but this time I'm pulling a blank. Maybe it's because I'm in a hurry... but, how on earth do I change my profile photo so that I can post a photo saved on my computer?

I also would like to know how...i hate the one i put up...it makes me look old...its bad enough being old...but looking it too!!! E gads!!.....

Oh. Well now isn't that a good question. I didn't realize they were seperate. How about both? On this side I see where to attach an avtar, but I want to browse my computer files to put my own photo on. As far as the collarme side, if my photo doesn't just automatically transfer over, then I would be interested in knowing how to put it there also. Thank you for your interest in helping me out :)

On the other side...collarme...you can upload pictures. Then wait to be approved. Once approved you can then swing to this side and use the main profile pic as your avatar. If you don't have a pic on the other side you can't use one on this side. There are a few exceptions floating out there. Without a pic, you can only use the provided stock avatars. No uploading on this side. edited to change a / to a .

As Aileen says, you can't upload on this side. Add you image to your CM profile, then just adjust your settings on this side - you can tick the box to accept a avatar or your photo from the CM profile side. It only shows your main (first) image however. I clicked and looked at you profile, and you do not have an image there as yet. When you upload over there and it is accepted (can take a few days) then it should simply show up here, as mine does. If you struggle and it doesn't and you cannot find the settings, just message me or bump this post with another help - and I or someone else should be able to help you out. Peace

On the profile side of Collarme - go into your profile, pan down to 'upload profile photo' - select main profile photo, then simply check the box and click 'update profile'.... that will remove the image. To replace it - select main profile photo, then browse, and it should bring up a window that you can search through your photos on your PC/Laptop. Just double click and then update. It takes a few days to be verified. Does that help? Peace
