Would you please tell us just who would call you a racist for not breaking the law? Just who is this nebulous "they"...do they have a name or is it just your self created demons you refer to.
You are aware of what the crime of conspiracy is. Essentially it is to encourage someone to break the law and show them how. So if someone castigates you for not hiring illegal aliens and tell you that you should that begins to come under the heading of a criminal conspiracy.
