Ok, I was browsing through the pics on this sight when I came across a pic of a woman with needles up and down her back. http://www.collarme.com/bdsm/i/274322/u/thisone69/ix/4/zoom.htm

I think that if you’re going to have to no tits rule for pics and if my needle pics get rejected because of what ever then it should go for ALL of the CM members.

I don’t know the criteria for what pic is useable and what pic isn’t, but I’ve seen profiles on here that show the same thing that I’ve been rejected for.

Show some consistency collarme! Or don’t have the rules!!!

If you’re going to reject my semi-nudes (that show no nipple) or reject my needle and blood sport pics, or my bondage pics, then do the same to everyone else!

CM on the other side is kind of different to collarchat if I know correctly. But even if it is/was the same, it is a free site so if you aren't happy or feel there is anything consistant, then the answer is to not use the site. No one is losing out because it is a pay site etc. and the moderators and those checking images are volunteers so it is all purely subjective to them.

I know it might not sound particularly nice thing to say but it's just a case of put up or leave.

We aren't owed anything - not even an explaination.

Double Standard; Inconsistancy. Pure and simple.

It depends on WHO gets your pictures/journal/profile to approve or not. Like I said in another thread, I have submitted the SAME picture 5 times and had it rejected 4 times, then on the 5th time, it was apporved with NO modifications made. So much is left up to interpretation, at least on 'b com' it is VERY spelled out, and specific, they divide pictures into 'adult' and 'non adult' pictures, with specifications for each,t hats a pay site though. collarme can use them as an example and have it VERY defined with little room for inconsitancy or misinterpretation, just an idea.

i am familiar with this syndrome! it's one where, because other people get away with something, the one that didn't get away with it bitches whines and snivels until nobody gets away with anything. i have never liked the people with this affliction. by and large they just make life difficult for everyone, and foster shittiness. if you got caught, shut the fuck up about the people that didn't.

You must be one of the people who gets away with breaking the rules while the rest of us play nice and follow the rules, or when we do we get rejected. How is that its 'bitching' for asking for consistancy? Sounds more like asking consistancy. Inconsistancy is what gets sites badmouthed; for a good reason. No one wants to be on a site that doesn't hold EVERYONE to the same standards and rules. Thats called favortism. Shame shame.

If you don't get caught, I wanna know who you slept with or played with.

We are ALL owed respect, being inconsistant is NOT respect.

Inconsistancy DOES badmouth a site, word spreads that a site is not holding everyone to the same standards and the same rules and word gets out, no one wants to be on a site that can't make up its mind to what north is. Sooner or later the ONLY people on a site are trolls. Besides, an [adult] site can get reported for inconsistancy.

I happen to adore b.com, I have great friends on there and I have learned a LOT. It was the first adult site I ever joined and I have NEVER had an issue with inconsitancy on there. All issues are addressed and changes are made.

And I happen to not adore B.com - go figure personal preferences huh?

I do not agree on sites charging for relationships which is my personal preference.

So I do not go there.

I have had images removed. But like I have stated before... this is just a little BDSM 'world' and the mods are our gods. If you do not like it, don't stay. It is that simple.

If you think it's inconsistant - why on do you still come? Why have a profile? As for only having 'trolls' left - all sites have people who will misuse a service - at least on CM we do not have to pay to suffer such. And as for 'reporting' inconsistancy' - it cannot bother you that much, else you wouldn't be here and would have reported their mistakes, surely? It is always easy to say how crap something is when one is on the outside looking in.

Why not volunteer yourself? Why not help out?

People do not do things like that, because it is easier to be destructive rather than being constructive.

It's a free site after all.

oh geez.... is this going to be the trend for the whole friggin week?

But I do agree with the pics thing as far as not accepting some, but yet others in the same fashion. True, it doesn't seem fair. But what do you expect from a place like this?

I guess maybe they choose to keep what turns them on the most and deny that which doesn't effect. I can pretty much promise you, given the choice to post your nekkidness next to mine....they'd choose yours any day....but then again, so wouldn't I. But that's another story.

I have offered. I was told, 'not interested,' or 'we are not in need of any new screeners or moderators.' FYI.... ANY lifestyler who has been around has referances and offers them. Referances are not just for jobs.

As for a site charging so you can meet someone, GOD forbid, someone has to pay for something; you pay for food, if a partner and human contact is something you need, then why not pay on occassion. I have a page up on match.com and on b.com. I paid for my page on yahoo years ago when I was on it, I found a man I fell in love with; if it wasn't for an accident, we would still be together.

The OP was talking about pics. collarme can adopt a policy like what myspace or b.com has, pictures are ALWAYS being taken down [or moved] from there; they do allow bondage pictures, but, they have things spelled out. A NEW consistant picture policy would be a great idea around here, make things clear.

the only thing that is consistent is inconsistency

the rules & guidelines are up there & by creating an account here, you have agreeed to these rules... if you decide to disregard them then one of two things will happen... you either get caught & the powers that be will enforce the rules & you won't get away with breaking them or you sneaky little rule breakers will slip one past the profile reviewers.

same thing with my kids using the phone past 10 pm on school nights... they already know they aren't supposed to but often I find myself unplugging the vonage modem to remind them that yup, you still need to be off the phone at 10 pm

same thing with people not walking their dogs on a leash... if everyone followed the rules... I'd never have to look down when I walk to my car because I would have no worry about stepping in shit along the way. Unfortunately, my neighbors are sneaky little rule breakers too & the one day I fail to look down will be the same day I have to wask poo from my shoe.
