Has anyone ever done fisting on a woman whom you have done needle play on at the same time to create an endorphine button?  I have someone I want to try this on and was curious if anyone has combined the two?  Probably just vaginal fisting but might be anal as well, depends on how well I can secure her.

I hope you mean the needles have all been put in BEFORE the fisting started?

If so, then yes vaginally.

As a matter of physics, pressing a needle into taught skin will easily cause an open wound, a lesion of sorts.  Imagine pressing the tip of a knife into tape that is pulled taught.

Unless you meant needles in a completely different area,  I would research/experiment with how tight skin reacts before mixing the two.  Holes might be larger or smaller once skin is returned to normal flexion.  There's reason to believe both options, but in anycase, it may or may not affect your adventure.

I was thinking low on the sternum/high on the tummy so that nothing stretched as my hand is quite big and she is quite petite.

Since I have never used needles this isn't for tomorrow but the thought occured to me and I was curious what people thought of the idea.

I am not petite (at 5'8")...but have tried to get fisted more than once...and wasn't able.  I've been told I may be too small (now, there's a first!!!), by a guy with 'small hands'.  So, good luck.
 
As far as both needles and fisting at the same time?  I would love it; but I am not new...and could handle both the same time. 
 
I would how much experience she has, if she would be overwhelmed (or if that would be a problem)...yada yada yada.
 
On the other hand...were I in YOUR hands, Michael.......I probably would just relax and enjoy; no questions asked!  LOL

what a wonderful idea!! i love endorphin buttons. i'm thinking that having one would help one relax much better perhaps make fisting easier

Well not on a woman but yes I've done both. If doing the needles in a progression so as to heighten the endorphin level in increments it can most definitely help with the fisting being far more successful. Just remember to have a towel nearby if you are continually adding a lubricant. Nothing worse than being four fingers deep about to sink all the way in and giggling uncontrollably when I couldn't pick up the damn needle due to slippery fingers.

my definition of it is an X made with 2 or more needles. when pressed in the center it usually causes an increas of endorphin release

I certainly wouldn’t be trying to stick needles in and fist at the same time and I have been fairly apt at doing needles for a long time. Needles need to be done in a very clean environment and you really do need two hands. For a start you have to be able to take the plastic hub cap off the needle and I certainly recommend you DON’T do this with your mouth.

I have found that people become incredibly spacey and relaxed during needleplay and going on to fist them after should be real icing on the cake!
