yeh i think it is great stuff, and frankly i am fascinated at what tesla knew at the turn of the century, i try to follow his understanding but it is really hard as nfar as formal education goes i am mostly revisionist educated myself unfortunately when here is a man that had the concept of real life shields like you see in star trek way in 1900 for pete sake.

Anyway all things aside i think the only way you can create tritium is through fusion, maybe a few of these nuke physicists can elaborate since i am not a nuke physiscist LOL
