My mother, Ruth, died on Thursday morning, and since I can't wish her a happy mother's day in the flesh I will post a memory of her here, she would be tickled to know that I did it on a kink site. Ron

i'm so sorry for your loss, Ron. this is our first mother's day since my grandmother passed easter sunday, i know my mama is feeling it today. kitten, who's lost 4 loved ones in just over a month, and feels it.

Sorry for your loss Ron. Me and mom tend to argue a lot as I have never been the one to stick with the family ways and it really gets her goat....but we're as close as any mother and child can get. I told mom one day not long ago that she couldn't die before me. She asked why. Simply told her..."For as strong as I am, there's no way I could handle living without you" She started crying. [8D] Happy Mothers Day all.

Thank you ........My daughters and my grandbabies are taking me to lunch today.....its a glorious morning outside.....sitting on my deck reflecting at 6am after the sweetest phonecall from so far away well that was the frosting on my cake.. my condolences also........it never goes away......but soon the pain lessens......and the memories get stronger and happier and i am completely sure she would love the fact that you posted it on a kink site......I hope my kids will do the same for me one day!

Just a side note about Mother's Day weekend, a lot of the cops and highway patrol types who work extra hours on the more alcohol oriented holidays take this one off. If you've had an itch to see just how fast your new car will go, call your Mom and then have fun on roads with a lot fewer speed traps than normal. Best thoughts to you, Ron.

I've been filled with a need to point out that My "BAH HUMBUG" was made in a jocular fashion to reflect My programmed guilt for not purchasing anything for My Mom who passed some years ago. Now I feel even guiltier sonce, I read of Your loss. The Memorial will actually enjoy repeated births as the pain eases and you begin to grin and smile as you remember her and those things that y'all shared while she graced your life. My condolences. Sorry to hear about your mother's passing Ron, and so close to Mother's Day makes it all that much harder. Thank you Level for the thought this special day. It's a bittersweet day in that my own mom and mother in law have passed (loved them both dearly), so there is no one to honor (except in memory) yet being a mother i get to be the one honored by my children. my little UM wants to know why they don't have a Kids Day - i told her it was because Kids Day was EVERYDAY lol.

Ron, If any of your wit, sarcasm & humor can be in any way attributed to her, I can only imagine she was indeed a fiery & inspirational individual. My sympathies to you in your loss.
