greeting to all my brotjer had a strork about four ,month ago . i have a niece she said she was he exctor of js estaste so she came down when he was out of the hosptal and rahab. so she just said this and everyone told her word for it. so my brother was found passawya on tuesday. before this she said she would put him in a rest him back in pa . so i told my brother and i told him not to sign anything she want money. so we could not go into his place because of how he was found . do my niece started screaming she was the exutor of his estate i call the conrner office the next day and she had sent paper that did not mean a thing . i am in shock and so sad and i wonder how people fight over money when he is not even out of the cornors officce so i call her last night and i was trying to help i do not want money or anything afrom him. i told her make sure you have the right papers she was so angry and mad i was tyring to help then she had somone on three way with me i freaked out and i thought to myself this is child stuff who in the hell put adult on three to listen to what i said. so i am trying to get him taken care she stop it by saying she is that one who handle all of his affairs . we do not know who he beneafito is (excuse my spelling it is worse then it using it ) i set up sleeping . my family for reason i do not know think i am not weak but fragile but one thing they know i have a temper they are warning me not to hit her i would not do this at alll. but now i need to search for his ss number and a dead paper so does anyone have an ideal how i can find out if this girl is really what she said she was . as o said before when the conror ask for a paper with what she said she was it was not even rigt. so i am just in shock i am tryiong to hold up and do what is right. i can not believe how she lies this was on of them my brother took out reach it is a rpogram where you pay a certain amout of money and you can ride anywhere for 3.50 . so i set up the runs for him he had kidney problems. he give me his credit card number and i set two weeks up. when i call her last night to tell her about the problem with the paper she sent she said :" oh i set up his rides " i said no you did not you did nothing, /. so i am calling places to let thme know he passed away if anyone has any ideals on what i neeedtoo do what can i do to not let her make a mess of this she tried to bullie me i have my problems . but i am strong but if anyone knows how to get the ss number i woiuld be thankful i never seen such greed and like wolf at a dead sheep she is so evil it breaks my heart to see her like this. have many of you experice this with family members help guys and ladies or i wil just lose it LOL well not to much thank you for you adice and wisdom mons

Her FATHER died and she's trying to take care of everything, I would much more assume that it is Pride that is motivating her than greed. Even if I didn't know a thing about what I was doing if someone just stepped in and tried to take over doing everything I'd baulk too. How about rather than trying to take over and do the stuff, you approach it another way. Offer your help, and when you do protect your niece from other well intentioned folks who will ty to take over. Help her do things her way, rather than just taking over and making her feel incompetent.

is there a group locally that gives legal advice for free where you could ask? You might search the web because i do think there are sites where you can ask legal questions for free and a lawyer will give you an answer as to how to find those things.. So sorry for your loss and wish you the best of luck. minnetar

greeting this was not her FATHER this girl hated him trust me when he was first ill she was going ot take him to a nusring him and this was away arom fireend and family her she does not speak to anyone in the family when the conorer ask for paper that said she was the person oin chrage will she saent paper that were wrong. then she is coming back she told me not to ever speak to her agin i told her to make sure you saend the right paper, she get so mad. i never thought she would ever speak to mr in that way. then she had someone on three way . which i found to be a thing a teen would do. then my brother is married i laugh now it is open flied on this poor woman oh i am so tired of phone call . about the woman and i think he married her to stay in the US so now all they care is for moeny and this woman my br put out becasue of greed tell me what you think i should do i do not want to help them push her out mons

Do the only thing you really can do, if you think it's worth it, hire a lawyer.

mons, I am very sorry to hear about your brother and the conflict in your family. Call your local Hotline and ask for resources such as free legal aid. The local AARP office is also a good resource and might have some volunteers who are retired lawyers. Peace and Light, Vendaval
