There was an episode where a woman that looked just like Sarah was in the morgue. It fucked with Sarah's head and I think Grissom tried to keep her from seeing the body. They could get that same actress-a little shaky camera action or distance, we wouldn't know it wasn't her.

hm..well you guys have been watching this latest season more than I hav, this miniature killer make things really gory or anything? I mean if theyre gonna kill off my most hated character I'd like to have a good dose of Shadenfraude to go with it.

yeh! yea! cut her open, thats what she gets for being a cold hearted bitch in telling that kid his grandmother is dead yeah!

"There's going to be a shake-up with the cast of CSI this season because a certain long-time cast member can't come to a contract agreement with CBS. That's all I'm going to say before the jump.

If you don't want the CSI season finale spoiled, stop reading now. There's no way to report this story without spoiling, so consider this your warning.

Okay, here's the deal: Jorja Fox's character (Sarah Sidle) is supposedly going to be killed off during the season finale of CSI later this month. As Sidle is not a particularly well-liked character, I don't think too many viewers will be upset. Of course, it'll be great fodder for Gil Grissom's character, who has been in a romantic relationship with Sidle since last season.

Here's the problem. According to the New York Post, Jorja Fox isn't happy about her character getting killed. So she has refused to show up to film her death scene. She is in a contract dispute with the network over salary (surprise, surprise), and the network's solution is to cut her loose. Fox's refusal to shoot her death scene, where she's crushed by a car, has resulted in last-minute rewrites of the finale and re-shoots to accomodate them. That's costing CBS a whole pile of money and you can bet the network is pretty pissed off at Jorja right now. According to Jorja's rep, her future on CSI is still "up in the air".

Thanks for the Spoiler warning, Level! I stopped reading just in time.

Rumtiger, this season had a big thing with Greg Sanders running down a black man trying to kill him with a rock. He creamed him with an SUV. The guy was trying to kill a dude with the rock at the time, then he decided he'd kill Sanders. The city got sued over it and lost-for something like 2 Million bucks.

The other big thing is the miniture killer. He kills assorted people that seem to have no connection. He uses different methods on each one, but meticulously plans out each kill and makes the model in advance with the victim figurine inside in the planned pose, just like the CSIs find them. I didn't think any of the kills were real gory.

I have an idea that would be amusing and would go right along with some Grissom History. They get on a roller coaster. Someone has rigged their car, planning on offing Grissom, but she gets on the ride too. When they go in the loop, the bar opens up and Sarah falls, banging her head on the metal pipes as she goes. Grissom seeing the whole thing is horrified and the car ends up hitting her on the way down and decapitating her. Does that sound like something that would be satisfying?

nah, too traumatic for grissom, I want her to die alone, preferably as a result of her doing something stupid like going into a dangerous area without backup or something, you know, pretending like shes a supercop instead of a CSI.
