Master already has me referring to myself as it, sometimes thing on a 24-7 basis. This humiliation is going to be more scene specific i guess. Hmmm. Ideas Aanyone? Actually probably best if Eeveryone throws in some good humilating degrading things Master could do and He can pick the ones He likes best. Also any advice for my emotional and mental health would be appreciated, i know these things can be tough. He does intend to break me a little bit more (yes i am nervous) as part of our journey. Always wanting to Master me more (i'm very lucky).

Btw Irish i quite like the sound of these, just not sure they are humiliating enough! Couldn't bear the disgust emotionally i don't think; will discuss with Master. LOL collarme really does have a very good search engine that's easy to use. Plus I know what I'm looking for which helps.

Just as you shouldn't have rough sex with someone who isn't physically healthy, humiliation shouldn't be used with a person who isn't strong and secure mentally and emotionally. (Indeed, for most people, it's more important to build up than tear down.)

I'm very strong in some ways, and I've got very strong insecurities in other ways. Playing on my insecurities can actually be a pretty intense and hot form of humiliation for me.

But only with someone who really knows what they are doing. Frankly if someone doesn't know what they are doing, it's pretty obvious in humiliation. This really IS one of those types of scenes where you have to agree to believe in it for it to work at all.
